Terms & Conditions: NV

In order to be eligible, you must agree to these terms:

1. All winners must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated and/or posted.

2. Participants must sign-up to be a follower of VIPTICKETS on Twitter or a fan of VIP TICKETS on Facebook prior to participating in the contests.

3. Each participant may only claim winning tickets once a month whether it be on Twitter or Facebook.  He/she may claim winning tickets if he/she wins again only in the next calendar month.  He/she may participate again in the same calendar month if he/she does not claim his/her tickets.

4. You must reply to VIP TICKETS to accept your winning tickets within 30 minutes of notice from VIP TICKETS. After 30 minutes, VIP TICKETS’ staff members may forfeit the tickets at their disclosure.

5. You cannot transfer names once you win. 

6. You must be able to pick them up personally yourself before the game/event at our Las Vegas location (listed below) with a picture ID that matches the name you submitted.

7. If you cannot attend, let us know accordingly so we can pass along the prize to the next eligible participant.  If no courtesy call is received, you will be disqualified from the next contest.

8. Limit 1 entry per household per contest.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.  By submitting testimonials, pictures, or videos online to VIP TICKETS on Facebook or Twitter, you give VIP TICKETS permission to use and showcase them on VIP TICKETS’ media outlets (including Facebook and Twitter). When picking up winning tickets, you may be asked to sign a release form to allow VIPTICKETS.com  to use your name, testimonials, and/or pictures on the company website (though not necessary to be eligible).  If release form is not signed, VIPTICKETS.com will continue to honor your privacy.
