Terms & Conditions

In order to be eligible, you must agree to these terms:

RULES__________________________________________________________________
1. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Any entrant under 18 years of age will be immediately disqualified. Employees of VIP TICKETS and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

2. Entrant must bring valid state picture ID or passport to pick up winning prize.

3. Tickets will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

4. Limit 1 entry per household per contest.

5. Each entrant may only claim winning tickets once a calendar month whether it be on Twitter or Facebook or physical pick-up. He/she may claim winning tickets if he/she wins again only in the next calendar month. He/she may participate again in the same calendar month if he/she does not claim his/her tickets.

6. Participants who attempt to enter the contest online, at our Sherman Oaks, CA office, or Las Vegas, NV office will not be eligible.

7. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for any value or any other date than the one given.

LIABILITIES______________________________________________________________
1. VIP TICKETS shall not be liable for any property damages or bodily injuries which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

2. If you send any ‘tweet’ or message sent to VIP TICKETS on Twitter or Facebook, you consent to letting VIP TICKETS use and showcase it in any media. When picking up winning tickets, you may be asked to sign a release form to allow VIP TICKETS to use your name, testimonials, and/or pictures on the company website (though not necessary to be eligible). If release form is not signed, VIPTICKETS.com will continue to honor your privacy.

DISPUTES_______________________________________________________________
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
