The Van show was AMAZING. My friends and co-workers who I took to the show were blow away! Those seats — as VIP Tickets had promised — were outstanding. We had better seats than Julia Roberts AND Orlando Bloom, both of whom were sitting BEHIND US!! Needless to say, you guys outdid yourself once again. Thank you so much for making the evening magical. I’m in the Air Force overseas and visited LA in June. I purchased two tickets to Game 5 of the Lakers-Celtics series. It was a blow away time to remember for a lifetime. My 2 children and myself were able to shake Elton John’s hand and he pointed at my son several times and he also got his shirt autographed. He was positioned so that it appeared that he was singing directly at us. It was Captain Fantastic!

Thank you very much for the tickets. We had very good seats in the first row and the evening was very interesting. Baseball is a very specific game and for people from Germany, it is hard to watch. At home, we look at soccer, ice hockey, basketball…games with much more action. During the baseball game, you have time to watch the other fans (dancing, screaming, winning a prize, talking and EATING )so we think baseball is a come-together-party. It was very interesting for us. We had a very nice evening. Thank you very much for the tickets and also the parking ticket!

Thanks to you, we had a very exciting time at the Kings and Lakers games. We are fascinated with ice hockey games and have seen ice hockey games at our university, but the Kings game was much more exciting. We hope we go to L.A. again and watch the Kings once more. I got to watch Kurt Schilling pitch a shutout in the World Series in ‘93. I got to see the NC Tarheels play in pre-Katrina New Orleans and against UCLA when Darius Miles was sitting behind me. All that said, the seats you gave us the other night truly blew me away. I got to see one of my all-time favorite players so close-up that I could read their tattoos. Not only was it a great game but the night I had being in those seats will be added to my list as one of the greatest sporting events I’ve ever been to. I can’t thank you enough for that but thank you!

A few weeks ago, my wife and I (we were on honeymoon from England) entered your LA office with a view to obtaining some tickets for the San Francisco 49ers v Oakland Raiders pre-season game at SF. After outlining many options to us and pointing them out on her seating plan, your assistant offered us some tickets at a reasonable price which would offer us a good view. The problem was that we were leaving for Las Vegas the next day and would not be able to collect the tickets from your office. You guys therefore arranged for the tickets to be sent to our hotel in Vegas (Stratosphere), and I was able to collect them from the concierge the next day. This was with me having no addresses or numbers on me as we only passed your office by chance and had not taken any of our hotel documentation with us.
When we arrived at Monster Park the week after, we saw that the seats were even better than Dina had described them – bang on the 25 yard line and not far from the field at all. As a football fan, for me this was an incredible experience, one I had not been very hopeful about as I had not been able to find tickets either from England nor from our hotel in LA. It was a great ending to our honeymoon! So thanks VIP Tickets and your customer service for making my first football game ever such a great experience – I will strongly recommend to my like-minded friends. Thanks.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for having 1 ticket available for sale so I could really enjoy Stevie’s show on Saturday, May 19, 2007. I have seen her in concert numerous times both with Fleetwood Mac and during her solo career. By far, this was one of her best shows since her really early years. The energy level she had and how that was projected into the theater that night made it worth the ticket price & the wait.

I just wanted to give you a good follow-up on our “adventure” of getting those Morrissey tickets to me yesterday. Despite having to miss dinner with my daughter, the tickets were received at 5:45 pm and we made it to the show with no problems. My daughter was absolutely “blown away!” We were (no kidding) 4 feet from the stage–FRONT AND CENTER (right by the mike stand). We were able to reach onto the stage and we both got to shake Morrissey’s hand. During the finale, the band tossed drumsticks and a guitar pick into the crowd. The main security officer found the pick, held onto it, and after the show handed it to me and said “Happy Birthday”!! I just wanted to take this opportunity for thanking you guys for making this dream night come true. This is going to be a memory my daughter and I will share for a lifetime. THANKS-you guys rock!!

Recently, my wife and I found your ad on Yahoo and purchased two most excellent tickets for the Castillo vs. Corrales fight at the Thomas and Mack Center. We were treated professionally by your initial salesperson and later by the office manager. I had read the agreement and expected no relief other than the refund at face value of the tickets. We called when the fight was pulled by a fighter who chose not to train and thought (erroneously) he could pull a second fast one on the authorities who allowed him leeway previously—tough break, but such strategy failed miserably, and justly so! On the very day of the fight, I called with little expectation of any relief as specified on your site. I was surprised when upon asking your agent, she said I was on the list to be called that very day and a full refund was to be made. First, I want to thank VIP Tickets for doing what they did not have to do. Secondly, your staff in Las Vegas is top-flite and courteous. Finally, when opportunity presents itself in future, we will go out of our way to look first to your firm for any ticket transactions we may seek in Las Vegas. Many thanks for your cooperation.
